Carving Knives and Forks

Knife for carving meat is one of the most essential tools on a Christmas dinner table. Using a carving fork with the  knife makes it easier to carve and serve. This two pronged fork helps guide the carving knife away from your hands and efficiently slice large roasts. The meat fork also holds meat in place while slicing or serving.
